Leaders Forum 2019 -
Teacher and School Leadership in Educational Change

More than 220 principals, teacher leaders, scholar-practitioners and EDB officials from more than 30 school sponsoring bodies and 100 Hong Kong primary, secondary and special schools came together for the Leaders’ Forum 2019 organized by the Teacher and School Development Special Interest Group of the Department of Education Policy and Leadership (EPL) and The Joseph Lau Luen Hung Charitable Trust Asia Pacific Centre for Leadership and Change (APCLC) on May 4, 2019.

Prof. Allan Walker, Prof. Chiu Chi-shing together with Dr Daphnee Lee led the forum which focused on the introduction of the T-Standard+, a teacher professional development framework developed by the EDB. Scholars and scholar-practitioners from EPL and APCLC presented their work focusing on school and teacher leadership in educational change. The learning topics include:
