Paradigm Shift in Education
Towards the Third Wave of Effectiveness Series: Routledge Research in Education By Yin Cheong Cheng Pedagogy needs to adapt to changing social contexts and demands in the 21st century. However, it is only by understanding the current trends, vision, and issues in education policy, implementation and research that we can reflect, adapt, and improve future initiatives. About the Author Yin Cheong Cheng is Emeritus Professor (Education), Advisor (Academic Development) of Department of Education Policy and Leadership and Senior Research Fellow of The Joseph Lau Luen Hung Charitable Trust Asia Pacific Centre for Leadership and Change of The Education University of Hong Kong. Yin Cheong is also the Chairman of the Tin Ka Ping Foundation’s Advisory Council.
