APCLC Leader Learning Workshop Improving Professional Practice from the Perspective of Job Crafting On August 10, 2018, Dr Lu Jiafang, APCLC Associate Director and EPL Associate Head conducted a leader learning workshop titled “Improving Professional Practice from the Perspective of Job Crafting” for the teacher leaders from the Early Childhood Learning Centre of EdUHK. At the workshop, Dr Lu applied the video Kindergarten Chef, which was developed with the funding support of APCLC Knowledge Transfer Support Scheme (KTSS), into illuminating how individual members could initiate changes to their work in a real educational context and positively affect their own satisfaction, people around, and even the whole school organization.
