Dr Lu’s presentation “A Mirroring Process: Nurturing Teaching Collaboration and Innovation [鏡像學習：培育教師合作與創新]” is to discuss an implicit learning process through which the pre-service teachers and in-service teachers mimic the collaborative and innovative behaviors of university instructors and school leaders respectively. |
