If you have received an admission offer in a programme, you should accept or decline the offer before the deadline stipulated in your offer letter.
Following are the steps to accept an admission offer:
1. | Read your offer letter and the attachments in details; | ||
2. | Download and read the documents under the "Useful Information" Section below; | ||
3. | Login your online application account to accept the offer through online (please refer to the Guidelines on Online Offer Acceptance for details); | ||
4. | Pay the admission acceptance fee by one of the payment methods (Information can also be found in your offer letter); | ||
5. | Input your payment reference number; | ||
6. | Upload the payment proof onto your online application account; |
7. | Upload a copy of your HKID / mainland ID / passport onto your online application account; and | ||
8. | Apply for official transcripts, language test reports, and other supporting documents to be sent directly to EdUHK from the issuing universities / authorities. For the "Provision of Documents Upon Offer Acceptance", please refer to the following respective programme types for details. | ||
