EdUHK Library Alumni Membership

The EdUHK Library offers you the cutting-edge internet reading experience. It is possible for you to read any electronic resources online, no matter where you are. By just a few clicks, card-holders may access our database to browse any reference materials in Chinese and English, including Chinese electronic journals on education, the Oxford online reference database, and many other electronic journals on education.

Alumni Borrower Card

You can use your Alumni Borrower Card to borrow books or any teaching materials / reference materials, and all kinds of multi-media education materials, including teaching kits, videos, TV programmes, movie DVDs and subject reference guides from both the Mong Man Wai Library and the Town Centre Library. Alumni members who are serving teachers can also enjoy a discount of up to 75% off the annual fee.*

*Annual fee for the School Teacher Borrower Card is $500. A 50% discount is offered to alumni for the Alumni Borrower Card ($250), and another 50% discount is offered to EdUHK BEA Alumni Visa Card holders (only $125). A $1,000 deposit is required from all members.

Alumni Reader Card

You may simply apply for an Alumni Reader Card if you want to access the Mong Man Wai Library or the Town Centre Library (but you may not borrow any items). There is no annual fee but a $50 smart card production fee will be charged.

EdUHK Sports Club Membership
All alumni and former staff of EdUHK and the former Colleges of Education may apply for the EdUHK Sports Club Membership to enjoy the sports facilities (such as courts, gym room, dance studios, swimming pool and multi-function rooms) at the Amenities Sports Complex and the EdUHK Sports Centre with their guests!
