APCLC Research Fellow Dr. Choi Taehee won research grant from Dr Choi Taehee Fellow of the Asia Pacific Centre for Leadership and Change and Assistant Professor of Department of Education Policy and Leadership, received a Early Career Scheme (ECS) grant of HK$767,782 from the Research Grants Council (HK). The research grant is for a project entitled “State-funded outsourcing of English language education: Does new education privatisation ensure “quality education for all” in Hong Kong secondary schools?"
