KT Workshop on School Reform and Effective Team Leadership Dr Lu Jiafang, Associate Director of APCLC and Associate Professor of Department of Education Policy and leadership of EdUHK, conducted a knowledge transfer workshop on School Reform and Effective Team Leadership for Guangdong Province Kindergartens, Primary and Secondary school principals on May 11, 2016 at Guangdong University of Education. In the workshop, Dr. Lu presented successful principal leadership on school reforms. Participants were allowed to examine strategies and development plans for uplifting their school teams and student outcomes. |
