Asia Leadership Roundtable 2016
The Asia Leadership Round Table (2010-2016) is a series of meetings called by the Joseph Lau Luen Hung Charitable Trust Asia Pacific Centre for Leadership and Chang of HKIEd. It is now widely regarded as a premier ideas forum for discussion around school leadership in the Asia-Pacific region. In 2016, themed Surfacing indigenous leader practices (knowledge), the conference was held in Singapore and was opened by Prof. Tan Oon Seng, Director of NIE Singapore and Professor Allan Walker from HKIEd. Scholars, practitioners and policy makers from 15 countries across five continents attended the 2016 Roundtable. A highlight was a recount of the academic impact of the Roundtable and formal APCLC research agenda after its first six years.
